Plot[]

The staff, incarcerated for over a year, are getting by in prison. The tight quarters wear on the men. Clementine is bored more than anything, but she's not smoking anymore because another prisoner demands all of her cigarettes. Williams refuses to let the others sing "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot" because they're not Black. Jones does rap. Junior (sporting a swastika on his naked chest) has started his first novel...which is "Christine" by Stephen King.

Maria Storm interviews the new District Attorney saying that Mike Powers is now sought for a string of prostitute murders and decapitations. As they talk in front of the prison, the deputies are all emerging from a tunnel they've dug. Upon hearing that they will all be set free, they hurry back into the hole.

The deputies are all freed, and Maria interviews them.

  • Jones now hates cops.
  • Wiegel bears Mike Powers no ill will and just wants to go eat at the buffet.
  • Junior tells Maria that all the prisoners jack off to her every night. She refuses to shake his hand.

Jones and Garcia become mall cops.

Dangle tries out for American Idol.

Wiegel runs a horrible bed and breakfast where she sleeps in the only bedroom and requires the visitors to bring sleeping bags, make the food and do chores. Bedtime is 4PM. And she has 13 cats.

Williams is a realtor for nasty properties in bad neighborhoods.

Junior is a carny. He drinks on the job while running the ride and is loving it.

Johnson is a Steely Dan groupie.

Mike Powers calls Wiegel to tell her that he's going to kill her, but he has to leave it on her machine which cuts off his spooky delivery. He calls back to hastily finish. Wiegel, listening while watching a game show, casually mentions to one of her B&B customers that that's the guy who put her in prison.
