Plot[]

Dangle is pleased to announce that they will be doing motorcade duty, blocking off the highway as the president enters Reno for a campaign appearance during the election year. Junior and others are enthused. Clemmie feels persecuted that they are already anticipating her doing something inappropriate. Wiegel plans to hurl herself in front of the limousine so that she can talk to Bush about not being able to take clippers and knitting needles on airplanes. Dangle immediately suspends her.

Junior and Clementine arrive at a bar where a monkey is drinking. They arrest the owner and then take photos with the drinking monkey for their Christmas card.

Civil War re-enactors have a fist fight at a restaurant. Garcia and Jones argue about whether to arrest the Yankees or the Confederates and get in a fist fight. The re-enactors amicably settle things, but the cops continue to fight.

Repeatedly, the cops have bored conversations by the roadblocks waiting for the motorcade.

  • Dangle and Junior discuss whether Junior ever met Bush in person.
  • Clementine and Williams prepare protest signs. Clemmie talks about a tattoo on her chest and holds her shirt wide open, only for the Bush motorcade to suddenly pass by.
  • Dangle is pooping when Bush drives by and misses it.

Wiegel visits Craig in prison.

Jones and Garcia talk to a drunk woman with little dogs who is reporting a noise disturbance. Jones says that he is Jim Dangle and gives her "his" home phone number to call anytime.

Out biking, Dangle stops at a bar to poop. He meets a marine and they exchange information. The marine is hoping some magic will happen with an old friend, but the friend turns out to be Garcia. Dangle whispers that he's "not on the team" but the guy says, "neither was I when I was at boot camp" and he keeps Dangle's number. Dangle emerges from the bar to find his bike now has several more locks and chains on it.

Andrew is holding a parade with a float consisting of a red wagon covered in flag regalia. Garcia and Jones debate what to do, and realize that by following in a cop car they are adding to the parade.

Clemmie is giving a driving instructor quiz and removes her belt because she got a question wrong. She says she'll be naked in a minute at that rate.
