Basic Description[]
Second husband to Dangle's ex-wife Debbie. Owner of "Buy Curios," a store frequented by Dangle and Garcia.
Like Jim, he marries Debbie while clearly gay, possibly for the same reason that Jim did. Speaking of Debbie, he says, "I can't wait for our wedding night so I can have sex with her...vagina."
Jim and Leslie are clearly simpatico, which just proves that Debbie "has a type." They both find it maddening that she talks during charades and practically scold her in unison.
At some unspecified time he presumably gets divorced from Debbie for presumably obvious reasons.
Leslie later proposes to Jim Dangle, surprising him while dressed up as Sniffy the Drug Sniffing Dog. It is not clear to what extent they had a relationship prior to that. During their marriage ceremony, which is moved to Wiegel's hospital room, he falls for Garcia and they run off together...only for it to be a prank by Garcia.
